FUEGO

This artwork was created in March 2022 as a reflection on the events in the world. I rarely do artworks that are related to external reasons, but this is an exceptional case. Fire is one of the most destructive and impassive phenomena. The artwork is a mirror of the state of mind when terrible events occur in the world that cannot leave you indifferent. I tried to reveal my feelings with the help of colors, ideas and the combination of figurative art with abstraction.

"FUEGO" is a reflection on what is happening around me. Everything burns, but in place of the ashes, grass will grow again."

About the technique: this artwork is written in the post-graffiti technique with abstract and figurative elements. Throughout my creative career, I am constantly in search of new visual images, improving and changing the style of writing. All my life I have been depicting words, letters, phrases, mixing them with images, abstraction, photography and other visual tools, where the result is a completely unique creative product.

The word "FUEGO" is depicted in the center of the composition. Color accents are associated with what is happening in the world. At the top of the composition is a dove - a symbol of peace. Slightly to the left is a painting by the Norwegian artist Edvard Munch called " The Scream" (1893).
